Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření metodické řady výuky lezení na umělé stěně pro děti prvního stupně ZŠ. Práce obsahuje historii, přehled lezeckého vybavení, charakteristiku mladšího školního věku, bezpečnost na umělých stěnách apod. Hlavní část práce se věnuje metodické řadě lezení, která prezentuje základní pohybové dovednosti potřebné k lezení a dále základní dovednosti spojené s bezpečným působením na lezecké stěně. Vytvořený materiál byl ověřen v praxi v rámci pravidelné lezecké činnosti dětského kroužku. Součástí práce jsou přípravy jednotlivých lezeckých tréninků pro jedno pololetí školního roku.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create a methodical series of lessons in artificial wall climbing for first grade children. The work contains history, an overview of climbing equipment, characteristics of younger school age, safety on artificial walls, etc. The main part of the work is devoted to a methodical series of climbing, which presents the basic mobility skills needed for climbing and the basic skills associated with safe operation on the climbing wall. The material created has been verified in practice as part of the regular climbing activities of the children's ring. The work involves preparing individual climbing practices for one half term of the school year.
