Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem čtvrté průmyslové revoluce a snaží se přiblížit vybrané prvky a způsoby, jakými tato revoluce ovlivňuje ekonomický sektor. Cílem práce je přiblížit spojitost mezi ekonomickým rozvojem a Průmyslem 4.0. V prvních částech práce je čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce popsána několika vybranými autory, poté jsou uvedeny její předpoklady k aplikaci změn a způsob, kterým ovlivňuje digitalizaci ekonomického a společenského sektoru. Pro splnění stanoveného cíle je provedena analýza vybraných indexů a výzkumu zkoumajícího připravenost českých krajů na Průmysl 4.0. Následně je provedena komparace mezi výsledky indexů a předpoklady změn na trhu práce v budoucích letech uvedených v poslední kapitole práce.
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the fourth industrial revolution and tries to approach selected elements and ways in which this revolution affects the economic sector. The aim of the work is to approach the connection between economic development and Industry 4.0. In the first parts of the work, the fourth industrial revolution is described by several selected authors, then its assumptions for the application of change and the way in which it affects the digitization of the economic and social sector are presented. To meet the set goal, an analysis of selected indices and research examining the readiness of Czech regions for Industry 4.0 is performed. Subsequently, a comparison is made between the results of indices and assumptions of changes in the labor market in future years listed in the last chapter of the work.
