Abstract
Anotace V členitém terénu na rozhraní volné krajiny a rozvolněné zástavby se odkrývá malebné sídlo obce Jeřmanic. Dnes jsou primárně definovány obytnou funkcí, ale v posledních letech je negativně vnímána absence dostupnosti všech základních veřejných služeb. Obec má za cíl posílit obytnou funkci a vytvořit lepší zázemí pro klidný rodinný život. Prioritou jsou nejen zřízení školských zařízení, ale i nabídnout místním zdravotní a sociální služby, které obec sama dnes neprovozuje.Zadání částečně vychází z podmínek veřejné architektonické soutěže. Předmětem je návrh urbanistického, architektonického a krajinářského řešení veřejného prostranství centra obce Jeřmanice, detailní architektonické řešení novostavby mateřské školky. Součástí řešení centra obce bude návrh umístění nového objetu seniorského bydlení. Navržené řešení objektů, ulic, parkovišť, zeleně a dalších veřejných prostranství by mělo respektovat měřítko a charakter okolní zástavby i důmyslně pracovat se svažitým terénem a citlivě začlenit novou výstavbu do krajinného panoramatu obce. Urbanistický koncept by neměl znemožnit případné budoucí využití obecních pozemků nad vymezeným řešeným územím.Předpokládaná náplň;- Návrh mateřské školy o dvou třídách (25+3 děti). - Nově definován adekvátní veřejný prostor - Návrh na umístění seniorského bydlení.
ANNOTATIONThe picturesque village Jermanice is located at the rugged terrain at the border of the open landscape and randomly spread buildings. Current village is primarily defined by its residential function, but in recent years the absence of availability of all basic public services has been negatively perceived. The village aims to strengthen the residential function and create a better background for a quiet family life. The priority is not only to establish school facilities, but also to offer local health and social services, which the municipality has not provided yet.The assignment is partly based on the conditions of a public architectural competition.The subject is the design of urban, architectural and landscape design of public space in the centre of the village Jermanice, and detailed architectural design of a new kindergarten.Part of the village centre solution will be a location of a new senior housing facility.The proposed solution of buildings, streets, parking facilities, green areas and other public spaces should respect the scale and character of the surrounding buildings as well as ingeniously integrate it with sloping terrain and sensitively incorporate new construction into the landscape panorama of the village.The urban concept should allow possible future utilization of municipal land on top of currently implemented solution.Expected solution:- Kindergarten design with two classes (25 + 3 children). - Newly adequately defined public space - senior housing facility proposal.
