Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je simulační výuka při náhlé zástavě srdce a dechu. Cílem práce bylo zjistit přínos simulační výuky pro výkon povolání zdravotnického záchranáře. Teoretická část se věnuje fyziologii kardiovaskulárního a respiračního systému, příčinám zástavy srdce a dechu, rozdílům mezi neodbornou a odbornou první pomocí a činnostem před kardiopulmonální resuscitací. Dále samotné kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, jejímu významu, dělení, zásadám poskytování, postupům, přidruženým činnostem a rizikovým faktorům. Při kardiopulmonální resuscitaci velmi závisí na rychlosti a kvalitě provedení. Je proto nesmírně důležité tyto úkony během studia trénovat a zdokonalovat. V praktické části bude zmapován přínos simulačních výuk pro výkon povolání zdravotnického záchranáře. Výzkum probíhal na základě rozhovorů se zdravotnickými záchranáři na stanici Zdravotnické záchranné služby v Rakovníku. Zjištěné výsledky včetně závěru práce jsou zveřejněny v samotné práci.
The theme of this bachelor thesis is simulation education for cardiac and respiratory arrest treatment. The goal of this thesis was to find out the advantages that simulation education brings to the work of paramedics. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the physiology of cardiovascular and respiratory systems, causes of cardiac and respiratory arrest, differences between professional and amateur first aid, and the procedures before cardiopulmonary resuscitation. This part of the thesis also describes cardiopulmonary resuscitation itself, its importance, types, guidelines, procedures, associated activities, as well as its risk factors. When it comes to performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, speed and quality are of the highest importance, it is therefore paramount to practice and perfect the correct procedures while studying. The advantages of simulation education for the work of paramedics are studied in the practical part of this thesis. Research took place at the Emergency Medical Services base located in Rakovník, in the form of interviews with the paramedics working there. The results, including the conclusion, are published in the thesis itself.
