Abstract
Ošetřovatelství ve Spojených státech amerických je technologicky i organizačně na velmi vysoké úrovni. Aby sestra mohla vykonávat svou profesi, musí projít vyšším vzděláním aabsolvovat zkoušku pro získání licence. Ošetřovatelství se řídí dle zásad Evidence-Based Nursing a Evidence-Based Practise. Bakalářská práce se zabývá podobou astrukturou ošetřovatelství ve Spojených státech amerických. První část se zabývá teorií, kde je rozebrána například historie, vzdělávání, ošetřovatelský tým či ošetřovatelský proces. Druhá část, výzkumná, se zabývá vzděláváním, obrazem ošetřovatelství, ale například i bezpečností sester při práci či péčí o duševní zdraví sester. Zvolená technika kvalitativního výzkumu byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor.
Nursing in the United States of America is technologically and organizationally at a very high level. In order to perform her profession, a nurse must undergo higher education and pass an examination to obtain a license. Nursing is governed by the principles of Evidence-Based Nursing and Evidence-Based Practice. The bachelor thesis deals with the form and structure of nursing in the United States. The first part deals with the theory, which discusses, for example, history, education, the nursing team or the nursing process. The second part, research, deals with education, the image of nursing, but also, for example, the safety of nurses at work or care for the mental health of nurses. The chosen technique of qualitative research was a semi-structured interview.
