Abstract
Práce se věnuje hedvábnictví ve východních Čechách v druhé polovině 19. století. Zaměřuje se na činnost pedagoga a hospodáře Atanáše Kopeckého, který byl v tomto regionu největším propagátorem hedvábnictví. Hodnotí jeho snahy o rozvoj hedvábnictví v rámci dobových snah hospodářských a vzdělávacích. Zaměřuje se také na historii hedvábnických spolků. Zvláště pak zkoumá postavení učitelů a škol v rámci České hedvábnické jednoty v Hradci Králové. Dále se zmiňuje o alternativních typech hedvábnictví v polovině 19. století. Vychází přitom ze současné literatury, z dobového periodického tisku a z pramenů, které jsou uloženy ve Státním okresním archivu Hradec Králové.
This thesis is focused on the sericulture in eastern Bohemia in the second half of the 19th century. It monitors the activity of an educator and specialist in agriculture Atanáš Kopecký, who was the main promoter of sericulture in this region. The thesis assesses his efforts to develop sericulture within the agricultural and educational efforts in that period. It also monitors the history of sericultural clubs. In particular, it studies the status of teachers and schools in terms of the Czech sericultural voluntary association in Hradec Králové. Then, it mentions alternative types of sericulture in the half of the 19th century. This work is based on contemporary literature, periodicals of that time and on historical sources stored in State district archive Hradec Králové.
