Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj a výchovu dítěte s hlubokou mentální retardací, a s tím související náročnost péče o již dospělého člověka s hlubokou mentální retardací. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit, jak ovlivňuje péče o člověka s hlubokou mentální retardací život rodiny, k jakým změnám v oblasti sociálních vztahů v rodině v průběhu péče dochází a jakou formu podpory rodina využívá. V teoretické části je vymezena základní terminologie, která souvisí především s hlubokou mentální retardací, rodinou a možnostmi podpory těchto rodin. Důraz je kladen na vyrovnávání se s narozením dítěte s hlubokou mentální retardací, změny, které v rodině nastaly po narození dítěte i obavy pečujících osob z budoucnosti. Pro naplnění určených cílů byla vybrána metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a vytváření osobních i rodinných anamnéz. Pro následnou analýzu dat z průzkumného šetření byla zvolena metoda otevřeného kódování, která umožnila nahlédnout do situace pečujících rodin.
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the development and upbringing of a child with deep mental retardation, and the related complexity of caring for an adult with deep mental retardation. The partial goals were to find out how the care of a person with profound mental retardation affects the life of the family, what changes in the social relations in the family occur during care and what form of support the family uses. The theoretical part defines the basic terminology, which is mainly related to deep mental retardation, the family and the possibilities of supporting these families. Emphasis is placed on coping with the birth of a child with deep mental retardation, changes in the family that occurred after the birth of a child and the fears of carers of the future. The method of semi-structured interview and the creation of personal and family anamnesis was chosen to fulfill the set goals. For the subsequent analysis of data from the exploratory survey, the open coding method was chosen, which provided an insight into the situation of caring families.
