Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématice epilepsie u žáka 1. stupně základní školy. Teoretická část se zabývá epilepsií jako chronickým onemocněním, její klasifikací, terapií a prognózou. Popisuje také specifika diagnostiky epilepsie u dětí. Následně jsou popisována pedagogická východiska epilepsie u dětí, kvalitě života a stigmatizaci nemocného. Následuje stručný náhled na komorbidity epilepsie, což je často ADHD a poruchy učení. Práce se dále věnuje popisu pedagogického kolektivu v edukaci žáka s epilepsií a specifikům výuky, rodině dítěte s epilepsií a také na spolupráci rodiny a školy. Definován je systém vzdělávání dětí s epilepsií na základní škole, legislativní rámec vzdělávání, podpůrná opatření a individuální vzdělávací plán. Na závěr jsou pak zmíněna speciální poradenská zařízení a některé neziskové organizace. V rámci praktické části byl realizován a popsán výzkum, který si kladl za cíl zjištění míry povědomí pedagogických pracovníků o problematice epilepsie a vytvoření informačně-metodického listu pro práci se žákem s epilepsií na 1. stupni základní školy.
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of epilepsy in a pupil of the first grade of elementary school. The theoretical part deals with epilepsy as a chronic disease, its classification, therapy and prognosis. It also describes the specifics of the diagnosis of epilepsy in children. Subsequently, the pedagogical bases of epilepsy in children, quality of life and stigmatization of the patient are described. The following is a brief insight into the co-morbidity of epilepsy, often ADHD and learning disabilities. The thesis also deals with the description of the educational team in the education of a pupil with epilepsy and the specifics of teaching, the family of a child with epilepsy and also on the cooperation of the family and the school. It defines the system of education of children with epilepsy at primary school, the legislative framework of education, support measures and an individual educational plan. Finally, special advisory facilities and some non-profit organizations are mentioned. In the practical part, the research was carried out and described. Its aim was to find out the level of awareness of pedagogical workers about the issue of epilepsy and to create an information-methodical sheet for work with a pupil with epilepsy at the first stage of primary school.
