Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na finanční výkonnost podniku. Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku MEHLER ENGINEERED PRODUCTS s.r.o. za sledované období 2014-2018 pomocí tradičních a pokročilejších metod a na základě získaných výsledků navrhnout doporučení pro zvýšení finanční výkonnosti podniku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy obsahem první části jsou teoretická východiska finanční výkonnosti podniku. Následně jsou v první části popsány tradiční ukazatele a pokročilejší ukazatele, kterými jsou ukazatele ekonomické přidané hodnoty a metoda Balanced Scorecard. Druhá část práce obsahuje představení vybraného podnik MEHLER ENGINEERED PRODUCTS s.r.o. Stěžejním zaměřením diplomové práce je měření finanční výkonnosti vybraného podniku. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou v závěru praktické části představeny návrhy a doporučení.
The diploma thesis is focused on the financial performance of the company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial performance of the company MEHLER ENGINEERED PRODUCTS s.r.o. for the 2014-2018 reporting period, using traditional and more advanced methods and based on the results obtained, propose recommendations for improving the financial performance of the company. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, where the content of the first part is the theoretical basis of the financial performance of the company. Subsequently, the first part describes traditional indicators and more advanced indicators, which are indicators of economic value added and the Balanced Scorecard method. The second part contains a presentation of the selected company MEHLER ENGINEERED PRODUCTS s.r.o. The main focus of the diploma thesis is measuring the financial performance of the selected company. On the basis of the findings the proposals and recommendations are presented at the end of the practical part.
