Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nasogastrické sondy. Dodržováním doporučených postupů při péči a zavádění nasogastrické sondy vede ke snížení nežádoucích komplikací a případné újmě pacienta. Teoretická část práce obsahuje obecné informace o nasogastrické sondě, postup zavádění a ošetřovatelskou péči. Výzkumná část se zabývá znalostmi nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků, kteří se s nasogastrickou sondou mohou setkat jak na standardních odděleních, tak na odděleních JIP. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit znalosti nelékařských zdravotnických zdravotníků o zavádění, komplikacích a péči o nasogastrickou sondu. Výstupem bakalářské práce je vytvoření odborného článku připraveného k publikaci.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of nursing care of the nasogastric tube. By following the recommended procedures for the care and insertion of the nasogastric tube, it leads to a reduction of unwanted complications and possible harm to the patient. The theoretical part of the thesis contains general information about nasogastric tube, nasogastric tube insertion procedure and nursing care. The research part is focused on the knowledge of non-medical health workers who can meet nasogastric tube in various standard departments and also in ICU departments. The aim of bachelor thesis is to determine the knowledge of non-medical health workers about nasogastic tube insertion procedure, complikations ane care of nasogastric tube. The output of the bachelor thesis is the creation of the article prepared for publication.
