Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá alternativní pedagogickou koncepcí Marie Montessori a tradiční formou výuky, která je uplatňována na většině škol v České republice. V teoretické části práce jsou oba systémy vzdělávání nejprve podrobně představeny a charakterizovány. Praktická část práce obsahuje záznamy z hospitovaných hodin, porovnává výuku českého jazyka a literatury na škole zaměřené na Montessori pedagogiku s výukou na běžné základní škole, vyhodnocuje klady a zápory obou pedagogických koncepcí a zjišťuje, jaké přístupy a didaktické prostředky se ve výuce uplatňují. V závěru práce je prezentován návrh Montessori metod, postupů, forem práce a pomůcek, který může být využit v rámci modernizace vyučovacího procesu na běžné základní škole.
This diploma thesis focuses on the alternative pedagogical concept of Marie Montessori and the traditional form of teaching which is applied to most schools in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of the work, both education systems are presented and characterized. The practical part contains notes from lessons and also the comparison of the teaching of Czech language and literature at a school focused on Montessori pedagogy and teaching at a regular primary school. Moreover, the theoretical part of my thesis evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of both pedagogical concepts and finds out which approaches and didactics tools are applied in the teaching. The conclusion of the work presents a proposal of Montessori´s methods, procedures, forms of work and teaching aids that can be used as a part of the modernisation of the teaching process at a regular primary school.
