Abstract
Bakalářská práce pojednává o aktuální problematice telefonické ordinace léků z pohledu zdravotnických záchranářů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a výzkumnou. Část teoretická popisuje legislativní náležitosti při podávání léků, způsoby a náležitosti jejich aplikování při poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče, dále popisuje náležitosti ordinace léků a vysvětluje specifika telefonické ordinace léků, jejíž využití s postupem času a přínosem pozitivních výsledků stále nabývá na důležitosti. Výzkumná část byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu, technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru na výjezdových základnách zdravotnické záchranné služby. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat kritické body užívání telekomunikačního zařízení pro medikaci léčiv. Dále zjistit výhody telefonické ordinace farmakoterapie a další možná doporučení v této oblasti. Výstupem práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
Bachelor thesis deals with current problematics of interactive drugs medication from the point of view of paramedics. Thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the research one. The theoretical part describes legislative requirements of drug administration, the ways and requirements of their use in pre-hospital emergency care, it also describes requirements of drug medication and explains specifics of interactive drugs medication, which use over time and with positive results, is becoming very important. The research part was made by quality research and semi-structured interview at ambulance stations. The aim of this thesis is to analyze critical points of using telecommunication equipment for drug medication. Furthermore, it is trying to determine advantages of interactive medication of pharmacotherapy and other possible recommendations. The output of this thesis is an article which is ready for publication in a professional journal.
