Abstract
Diplomová práce se prioritně zaměřuje na vliv počtu zákrutů na vybrané vlastnosti bělených bavlněných dvojmo skaných přízí. Výjimečností práce je odlišná konstrukce dvojmo skaných přízí s opačnými zákruty obou jednoduchých přízí v přízi skané a vysoký počet skacích zákrutů. Jelikož se jedná o bělené příze, je doplňující část práce věnována vlivu bělení na jednoduché příze.Rešeršní část se zabývá charakteristikou použitého materiálu a základními vlastnostmi přízí, které jsou ovlivněny skaním a úrovní skacího zákrutu. Pozornost je věnována především pevnosti, tažnosti, chlupatosti a nestejnoměrnosti. Rovněž je prezentován geometrický model počtu zákrutů po skaní v přízi jednoduché. Exprimentální část obsahuje výsledky měření, popis použité metodiky, výpočty a porovnání s předpoklady. (Zkoumané jednoduché příze slouží pro porovnání vlastností přízí před skaním a po skaní.) Doplňující částí je analýza vlivu bělení na textilní bavlněnou přízi, kde jsou porovnávány příze bělené a režné. Práce je zakončena závěrem shrnujícím dosažená poznání.
Diploma thesis is focused primarily on the influence of the number of twists on selected properties of bleached cotton yarns. The thesis is unique in the different construction of two-plied yarns with opposite twists of both single yarns in double-plie yarn and a high number of twists. As these are bleached yarns, the supplementary part of the thesis is devoted to the effect of bleaching on single yarns.The search section deals with the characteristics of used material and with the basic yarn properties, which are influenced by the twisting and the twist level. Attention is paid especially to the breaking strength and breaking elongation, hairiness and mass irregularity. A geometric model of twist number in single yarn after plying is also presented. The experimental part contains the measurements themselves, a description of the used methodology, calculations and comparison of measurements with predicted results. (The examined single yarns are used as a means of comparison of yarn properties before and after plying.) A complementary part consists of an analysis of bleaching effect on cotton yarns, where the properties of bleached and gray yarns are compared. The thesis ends with a conclusion summarizing the achieved knowledge.
