Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u českých pedagogů a projevy v komunikaci zejména u žen učitelek. V úvodu práce je popsána problematika syndromu vyhoření. Práce dále rozpracovává učitelskou profesi a pedagogickou komunikaci. V závěru práce nalezneme zdravou komunikaci a její případné proměny u pedagožky postihnuté syndromem vyhoření.
The diploma thesis deals with burnout syndrome at Czech teachers and communication manifestations, especially among women teachers. The issue of burnout syndrome is described in the introduction. The work further elaborates the teaching profession and pedagogical communication. At the end of the thesis, we will find healthy communication and its possible changes in the burnout syndrome.
