Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem využití počítačových tabletů osobami s postižením. Jejím cílem je popsat, jakým způsobem jsou tablety užívány osobami s postižením. Zjistit, jaké využití a přínos mají při jejich vzdělávání, získávání informací, volnočasových aktivitách a komunikaci, a co osobám s postižením práci s tabletem komplikuje.V teoretické části jsou počítačové tablety nejprve podrobněji představeny v kontextu informačních a komunikačních technologií. Poté jsou popsány jejich vlastnosti zejména s ohledem na relevanci těchto vlastností pro osoby s postižením. Dále se práce zaměřuje na specifika využití informačních a komunikačních technologií včetně tabletů osobami s různým typem postižení.Empirická část se věnuje vlastnímu výzkumu, který probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření. Popisuje průběh výzkumu a přináší jeho výsledky včetně vyhodnocení hypotéz a ověření jedné z nich testem statistické významnosti.Závěrečná část obsahuje souhrn diplomové práce a navrhovaná opatření spojená s problematikou využívání tabletů osobami s postižením.
This thesis deals with the use of computer tablets by handicapped people. Its objective is to describe the way handicapped people use tablets and to find out what is their application and contribution in the education of people with disabilities, how these people obtain information, how they use tablets for leisure activities and communication, and what makes using them more difficult for them.The theoretical part describes computer tablets more in detail within the context of information and communication technologies. Then, their characteristics are described, in particular, with regard to the relevance of these characteristics for handicapped people. Furthermore, this thesis focuses on the specifics of the usage of information and communication technologies, including tablets, by persons with varying types of disabilities.The empirical part is dedicated to the research that was carried our in the form of a questionnaire survey. It describes the course of the research and indicates its results as well as an evaluation of hypotheses and its verification by a statistical significance test.The final section includes a summary of the thesis and proposed measures related to the issue of usage of tablets by persons with disabilities.
