Abstract
Kompetence všeobecných sester jsou dnes velice diskutovaným tématem ve zdravotnictví. Vzhledem k neustále se měnící legislativě tak není mnohdy ani jasné, kdo jaké kompetence má, a kvůli nedostatku zdravotnického personálu ve zdravotnictví také velmi snadno dojde k jejich překročení. Bakalářská práce se zabývá dodržováním kompetencí z pohledu zdravotníků, konkrétně všeobecných sester. Tato práce má část teoretickou, která se zabývá vymezením kompetencí všeobecných sester legislativou a právní odpovědností sester, a část empirickou. Empirická část analyzuje znalosti sester o svých, legislativou daných, kompetencích. Dále tato část zkoumá, zda všeobecné sestry tyto kompetence překračují a z jakých příčin je to nejčastější. V empirické části byla použita kvalitativní metoda, přičemž byla zvolena technika šetření pomocí nestandardizovaných rozhovorů.
The authority of nurses has been recently a highly discussed topic in health care. Due to the ever-changing legislation, it is often not clear who is authorized to which activities; therefore, it is very easy to exceed medical staff's authority because of the lack of medical staff in the health care sector. The bachelor thesis deals with the observance of authority from the health professionals' point of view, specifically nurses' point of view. This thesis has a theoretical section, which deals with the definition of nurses' authority given by the legislation and the legal responsibility of nurses, and an empirical section. The empirical section analyses the nurses' knowledge of their authority given by the legislation. Furthermore, this section examines whether nurses exceed this authority and what is the most frequent reason. The qualitative method was used in the empirical section while using non-standardized interviews as the survey technique.
