Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odborných ošetřovatelských praxí z pohledu studentů studijního oboru Všeobecná sestra. Tato práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vybranými aspekty vzdělávání, legislativou související s vykonáváním odborných praxí a současným vzdělávacím systémem všeobecných sester. Výzkumná část je realizována kvalitativní metodou výzkumu, kdy jsou pomocí nestandardizovaného rozhovoru s respondenty zjišťovány doporučení a zkušenosti studentů v souvislosti s odbornou ošetřovatelskou praxí. Výstupem bakalářské práce bude odborný článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodikum.
This bachelor thesis describes problematic of professional nursing practice from the point of view of students general nurse program. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first is theoretical and the second is research. In the first part are discussed selected aspects of teaching, legislation related to performing the nursing practice and the present educational system for general nurses. In the second part there is used qualitative method while by means of unstructured interview with respondents are elicited recommendations and experiences of students relating to professional practice. The result of this bachelor thesis is an scholarly article, which is ready to be published in an academic journal.
