Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je edukace pacienta po transplantaci srdce. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou transplantace srdce a specifikuje edukační činnost všeobecné sestry v jednotlivých oblastech edukace, se kterými by pacient po transplantaci srdce měl být obeznámen. Výzkumná část práce obsahuje vyhodnocení dat, které byly získány na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pěti respondenty, kteří jsou po transplantaci srdce. Cílem práce je ověřit informace pacientů o transplantaci srdce a ověřit informace pacientů o režimových opatřeních po transplantaci srdce. Výstupem práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
The subject of the bachelor thesis is education of patient after heart transplant. Theoretical part deals with the issue of heart transplantation and specifies the educational activity of the general nurse in individual areas of education with which the patient after heart transplantation should be familiar.The research part of the thesis contains evaluation of data collected from semi - structured interview with five respondents, who are after heart transplant. The aim of the thesis is to find out patien's level of knowledge about heart transplant and find out patien's level of knowledge about regime measures after heart transplant. An output of the thesis is an article prepared for publication in a professional periodical.
