Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou života pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část obsahuje základní charakteristiku onemocnění a specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s Crohnovou chorobou. Výzkumná část je zpracována kvalitativní metodou pomocí nestandardizovaného rozhovoru s pacienty, kteří mají danou chorobu diagnostikovanou. Výzkum je zaměřený především na změny v oblasti výživy, vyprazdňování, pohybu a užívání léků, ale také věnuje pozornost změnám v psychosociální rovině. Bakalářská práce přináší zajímavé informace o této problematice z pohledu pacientů a nabízí intervence, jejichž aplikací do praxe lze zmírnit či odstranit některé doprovázející symptomy této choroby.
This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of life in patients with Crohn's disease. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the disease and specifics of nursing care for patients with Crohn's disease. The research part is implemented by a qualitative method using a non-standardized interview with patients diagnosed with the disease. The research is focused primarily on changes in nutrition, defecation, motion regimen and medication use, but it also pays attention to psychosocial changes. The bachelor thesis presents some interesting insights about this issue from the patients' perspective and offers some interventions, which, when applied, can ease or remove the symptoms accompanying the disease.
