Abstract
Prevence infekcí spojených se zdravotní péčí je důležitou součástí náplně práce všeobecných sester. Těmto infekcím lze předcházet různými postupy, aby se zabránilo šíření patogenních organismů. Dodržováním stanovených postupů je pacient chráněn před komplikacemi v průběhu hospitalizace. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje infekce spojené se zdravotní péčí a jejich prevenci, včetně dezinfekce. Výzkumná část byla zpracována kvalitativní metodou. Kvalitativní výzkum byl proveden polostrukturovaným rozhovorem s všeobecnými sestrami na interním oddělení Nemocnice Vrchlabí, s.r.o. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem všeobecné sestry provádí dekontaminaci v praxi a jaká doporučení v této oblasti navrhují.
Prevention of healthcare associated infections is an important part of the work of general nurses. These infections are preventable by various procedures so that their spread is stopped. This protects the patient from complications during hospitalization. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes healthcare-associated infections and their prevention, including disinfection. The empirical part was performed by qualitative methods. Qualitative research in this thesis includes a semi-structured interview with general nurses at the internal medicine ward of the Vrchlabí Hospital, s.r.o. The aim was to find out how nurses perform decontamination in practice and what recommendations they propose in this area.
