Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou založení a vzniku společnosti v České republice a ve Velké Británii. Stručně popisuje historii vzniku společnosti v České republice, její charakteristické znaky či specifikaci jednotlivých orgánů. Jsou zde popsány povinné náležitosti společenské smlouvy, práva a povinnosti společníků a v neposlední řadě zrušení a zánik společnosti. Práce poskytuje přehled o právních formách podnikání ve Velké Británii a popisuje založení Private Limited Company. Důležitou částí práce je komparace založení společnosti s ručením omezením v České republice a ve Velké Británii, přičemž v závěru bakalářské práce je zkoumáno založení společnosti s ohledem na náklady, které musí podnikatel vynaložit a s ohledem na časovou náročnost celého procesu.
The Bachelor thesis is dealing with the problematics of setting up and establishing a company in the Czech Republic and in the Great Britain. It briefly describes the history of the company's establishment in the Czech Republic, its characteristics and specification of company bodies. It describes mandatory requirements of the social contract, rights and obligations of the partners of the company and cancellation and dissolution of the company. The thesis provides an overview of the legal forms of doing business in the United Kingdom and describes the establishment of the Private Limited Company. The most important part of the thesis is a comparison of the establishment of a Private Limited company in the Czech Republic and the UK. Last part of the thesis is focused on costs and time spend setting up a company.
