Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením finanční situace vybraného podniku Regata Máchovo jezero, a.s. pomocí zvolených metod finanční analýzy. V první části bakalářské práce jsou za pomoci odborné literatury uvedeny a stručně popsány vybrané metody a postupy výpočtů, nezbytných pro zpracování finanční analýzy. V druhé části práce jsou tyto metody a postupy aplikovány na vybraný podnik a jsou provedeny konkrétní výpočty za účelem zjištění výstupních dat. Cílem druhé části práce je zhodnocení zjištěných výstupů vybraných finančních ukazatelů podniku v letech 2010 až 2017. V poslední části práce je provedeno celkové zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků, včetně zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek a návrhu budoucí predikce podniku.
This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of the selected business company Regata Máchovo jezero, a. s., using selected methods of financial analysis. In the first part of the bachelor thesis, with the help of professional literature are listed and briefly explain the selected calculation methods and procedures needed for the processing of financial analysis. In the second part of these methods and techniques are applied to the selected commercial plant and made specific calculations in order to determine output data. The aim of the second part is the evaluation of the identified outputs of selected financial indicators of the race in the years 2010 to 2017. In the final part of the work is carried out an overall assessment of results, including an assessment of strengths and weaknesses and proposal for future business prediction.
