Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem systémů veřejných správ a jejich propojení do fungujícího celku zvaný eGovernment. Je zde popsána současná legislativa a současná činnost jak České republiky, tak i Evropské unie k dosažení digitalizace veřejných správ a zajištění efektivnosti, úspor a dosažení vyšší sociální spokojenosti. Zmíněny jsou také nároky na eGovernment z hlediska interoperability jednotlivých veřejných správ a bezpečnosti. Dále je navržena digitalizace veřejné správy Technické inspekce České republiky (TIČR).
This bachelor thesis is dealing with development of information systems in public authorities and their interconnection into one unit called eGovernment. The current situation of legislature is described and also activity in both the Czech Republic and European union to achieve a full digitalization of public authorities and therefore improving effectivity, costs and to obtain a higher social happiness. Mentioned are also demands on eGoverment from the interoperability and security point of view between different units of public authorities. At the end of the thesis there is a proposal about an improvement in public authority Technical Inspection of the Czech Republic (TIČR).
