Abstract
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocování MR obrazů zdravých a steatotických jater pomocí texturní analýzy. Čtenáři jsou v teoretické části seznámeni s problematikou jater, principem MR a MR spektroskopii. V experimentální části jsou data zpracována programy MaZda a LCModel a následně vyhodnocena.
This thesis is focused on evaluation of MR images obtained from healthy and steatotic liver using texture analysis. Readers get knowledge of the liver topics, MR principle and MR spectroscopy in the theoretical part. In the experimental part, data sets obtained during MR examination are processed by MaZda and LCModel programs and statistically evaluated.
