Abstract
Zajištění dýchacích cest je každodenním tématem. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi studentů zdravotnických záchranářů o problematice zajištění dýchacích cest. Standardně jsme práci rozdělili na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části zmiňujeme charakteristiku respiračního systému, kompetence zdravotnických záchranářů, techniky a pomůcky k zajištění dýchacích cest, možnosti plicní ventilace a monitorace respiračního systému. Ve výzkumné části analyzujeme znalosti studentů zdravotnických záchranářů o indikacích ke koniopunkci či koniotomii, o technikách zajištění průchodnosti dýchacích cest a o znalostech pomůcek, které mohou použít zdravotničtí záchranáři v rámci svých kompetencí. Výzkumné šetření jsme realizovali pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku v elektronické podobě. Všechny 3 výzkumné cíle jsme splnili a výzkumné předpoklady jsou tedy v souladu s výzkumným šetřením. Výstupem z bakalářské práce je studijní opora určená studentům zdravotnickým záchranářům.
Securing breathing paths is a daily issue. This bachelor thesis deals with the knowledge of paramedic students about the issue of securing breathing paths. Standardly we split the thesis on theoretical and a research part. In the theoretical part we mention the characteristics of the respiratory system, the competence of paramedics, techniques and aids of securing breathing paths, the possibilities of pulmonary ventilation and monitoring of respiratory systém. In the research part we analyze the knowledge of paramedic students about indications for coniopunction or coniotomy, techniques for securing breathing paths and knowledge of aids which can be used by paramedics within their competence. Our research investigation we implemented by non-standardized questionnaire in electronic form. We fulfilled all 3 aims and research preposition are in the line with the research investigation. Output from bachelor thesis is a study foothold intended paramedic students.
