Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje transformaci Československého opevnění z let 1936 až 1938, jakožto specifickému fenoménu v regionu bývalých Sudet. Snahou této diplomové práce je oživit vybrané pevnosti pomocí umělecké intervence a pokusit se nalézt nový významový rozměr těchto impozantních struktur.
The thesis deals with the transformation of the Czechoslovakian fortifications from 1936 to 1938 as a specific phenomenon in the region of the former Sudetenland. The aim of this thesis is to revive selected fortresses by means of artistic intervention and try to find a new meaning dimension of these impressive structures.
