Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá novým start-up projektem Atelier UP, zaměřeným na upcyklaci (znovuzpracování) textilního materiálu. Tento projekt přináší nové částečné řešení problémů zpracování a nakládání se starým textilem. Cílem práce bylo stanovit záměr projektu a navrhnout řešení daného problému, který se Atelier UP snaží řešit. První část práce se skládá z literární rešerše zaměřené na dvě témata. První téma pojednává o start-up projektech, podnikatelském modelu včetně popisu jeho tvorby pomocí metody Lean Canvas, a o možných způsobech financování start-up projektů. Druhé téma rešerše je zaměřeno na problematiku upcyklace textilního materiálu, ekologie textilního průmyslu a popisu komunitního chápání. Ve druhé části práce je představen návrh podnikatelského plánu Atelieru UP, kterému předcházelo vypracování metodického postupu. Poslední část práce představuje zhodnocení celého projektu s predikcí vývoje podniku do budoucna. Součástí projektu jsou také ukázky upcyklovaných oděvů.
This bachelor thesis considers a new start-up project of Atelier UP, a research group focused on the upcycling (i.e. re-processing) of textile material. This project brings a new partial solution to the problems of processing and handling old textiles. The aim of the work was to determine the projects intention and propose a solution to the problem, which Atelier UP is trying to solve. The first part of the thesis consists of a literature review focused on two topics. The first topic details different start-up projects, a business plan including a business model creation through the Lean Canvas method, and possible ways to finance start-up projects. The second topic of the research is focused on the issue of upcycling textile material, ecology of textile industry, and a description of community understanding. In the second part of the thesis, a proposal for the business plan of the Atelier UP is presented, a stage preceded by the development of a methodical approach. The last part of the thesis presents the evaluation of the whole project with the prediction of the company development in the future. The project also includes examples of upcycled clothing.
