Abstract
V rámci této diplomové práce je zpracován postup při úpravách a dokončení konstrukce a řízení 3D tiskárny technologie FLM. Teoretická část je zaměřena na seznámení se s technologií FLM, dostupnými typy 3D tiskáren a s parametry ovlivňujícími tisk. Praktická část je pak detailně zaměřena na konkrétní postup úprav tiskárny a celkové zprovoznění. Dále je zde uvedena konfigurace a následný zkušební tisk součástí bez podpor i s podporami. Hodnocena je především funkčnost tiskárny. Na konec je v této části uveden i návrh a výměna tiskové podložky.
The diploma thesis deals with the process of modifying and completing of the design and with the control of FLM 3D printer. The theoretical part is focused on the familiarization with FLM technology, available types of 3D printers and parameters influencing printing. The practical part is focused specifically on the process of adjusting the printer and the overall commissioning. The thesis also includes the configuration and following test print of components with and without support. The functionality of the printer is main focus of the evaulation. Finally, this section also includes the designing and replacing of the print table.
