Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaobírá vlivem povlaku na životnost upínacích desek. Cílem této práce je zjistit vliv povlaku na životnost upínací desky a porovnat tento povlak s upínacími deskami bez povlaku. V porovnání jsou zastoupeny jak originální upínací desky s povlakem a bez povlaku tak upínací desky bez povlaku vlastní konstrukce. Upínací desky se používají na bubnových řezačkách typu PUTSCH TSM 2200-22-600 S. Teoretická část se zaobírá zkráceně výrobou cukru, typy řezaček, nožů do řepných řezaček a způsoby tvorby povlaku na strojních součástích. Praktická část rozebírá vlastnosti originální upínací desky s povlakem. Dále zkoumá vliv povlaku na životnost upínací desky v podmínkách reálné řepné kampaně v závodě Tereos TTD, a.s. v Dobrovici. Závěrem práce je porovnání opotřebení upínacích desek s povlakem a bez povlaku jak z pohledu životnosti tak ekonomiky.
The diploma thesis deals with the impact of coating on a durability of clamping plates. The aim is to ascertain the impact of coating on a durability of a clamping plate and to compare the coating with clamping plates without the coating. There are both original clamping plates with coating and without it as well as clamping plates without coating of own construction included in the comparison. Clamping plates are used in drum slicers PUTSCH TSM 2200-22-600 S. The theoretical part addresses shortly the sugar production, types of beet slicers, knives for beet slicers and ways of creating coating for machine components. The practical part is concerned with characteristic of the original clamping plate with coating. It also investigates the impact of coating on a durability of a clamping plate in real conditions of a beet campaign in Tereos TTD, corp. in Dobrovice. The conclusion of the thesis is the comparison of wearing out of clamping plates with coating and without it both from the point of view of the durability as well as from the economical point.
