Abstract
Moje práce je návratem do kolébky života, za hranice, které byly překročeny před mnoha milióny let. Do světa z velké části neprozkoumané, záhadné a fascinující říše bizardních tvarů a pestrých barev, do prostředí, v němž je smazán rozdíl mezi živočichem a rostlinou. Inspirací mi byly korálové útesy, jejich asymetrický tvar, struktura a nepřeberné množství barev, ono pestré prostředí podmořských hlubin. Mým cílem bylo přenést tento svět na souš pomocí kolekce pěti modelů - kabátků a šatů, které by navodily atmosféru podmořské říše bez použití potápěčské výstroje.
My work presents the return beyond the frontier that has been crossed many millions years ago. To the world mostly unexplored, mysterious and fascinating realm full of unusual shapes and colours, to the place where the line between an animal and a plant seems to be blurred. My inspiration is the coral reefs with their asymmetric shapes and great range of colours - the varicoloured environment of the sea abyss. My goal is to bring this world ashore using the fashion collection of five items - jackets and dresses - that would bring out the heart of the undersea realm without the need for an aqualung.
