Abstract
Diplomová práce Lean management a aplikace jeho principů v podnikové praxi se zabývá analýzou aplikace lean managementu ve vybraném ekonomickém subjektu a návrhem doporučení na zlepšení ve vybraných oblastech interního systému společnosti. Rešeršní část diplomové práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska lean managementu. Aplikační část diplomové práce se nejdříve věnuje představení společnosti a vybraného výrobního úseku, na který je tato práce zaměřena. Poté je charakterizován interní systém společnosti pro neustálé zlepšování v rámci podniku, jeho cíle a vývoj. Následuje analýza současného stavu v aplikaci lean metodik. Na základě zjištěných a interpretovaných výsledků z realizovaného dotazníkového šetření a předešlé analýzy je poukázáno na kritické oblasti v interním systému společnosti. Na závěr jsou představena a ekonomicky zhodnocena doporučení na odstranění nedostatků v oblasti lean managementu v dané společnosti.
This master´s thesis on the topic of Lean Management and Application of Its Principles in Corporate Practice deals with the analysis of the lean management application in a particular economical subject and with a suggestion for improvement in the selected areas of the internal company system. The literature review is focused on the theoretical background of the lean management. The application part of master´s thesis is devoted firstly to the introduction of the company and the chosen production department on which this work concentrate. Then, there is characterized the company´s internal system for continuous improving within the organization, its goals and development. Afterward the analysis of the current state of the lean methods follows. Based on the findings and interpretations from the conducted questionnaire survey and the previous analysis, the critical areas of the company´s internal system are pointed out. In conclusion, the recommendations for eliminating deficiencies in the company´s lean management are presented and economically evaluated.
