Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá mezigeneračním předáváním rodinných firem v oblasti rodinného podnikání. V úvodní části je provedena odborná rešerše problematiky v zahraniční a tuzemské publikaci. Jsou vymezeny nejdůležitější faktory, které nástupnictví ovlivňují a rozebrány tři odlišné přístupy k předávání rodinných firem. Na základě odborné rešerše je navržen metodický postup procesu nástupnictví. V praktické části je představena vybraná rodinná firma působící ve sklářském odvětví v České republice. Je charakterizována její rodinnost a popsány vazby jednotlivých rodinných členů na podnik a vysvětleny jejich role v podnikání. Ve vazbě na analýzu současného stavu vybraného rodinného podniku je navržen plán nástupnictví a specifikována rizika, která přináší. Cílem práce je vymezení nejdůležitějších faktorů, které mezigenerační předávání rodinného podniku ovlivňují a návrh metodického postupu pro vytvoření plánu nástupnictví v rodinném podniku.
This master thesis deals with transgenerational succession of companies in the field of family business. The final paper is divided into two main parts. The first part (1st and 2nd chapters) is theoretical and offers an insight into gathered knowledge of the research field on the topic of succession of family businesses in the Czech Republic and outside of it. The first part also summarizes factors that have a great impact on succession of a family business and talks about different ways of approach to this issue by the experts from the research field. The second part of the paper deals with a real situation from an existing company. A Czech family business involved in glass industry is fully introduced including the relations among the family members and their role in the family business. The general director of the chosen family business is currently retiring. Based on the analysis of the current situation and key factors indicated, the author proposes a plan of succession for the chosen company and points out the risks that may occur.
