Abstract
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením investičního záměru ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části práce je zaměřena pozornost na důkladné uvedení do problematiky investic včetně členění a fází investičních projektů, zdrojů financování investic, hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti a charakteristiky metod hodnocení investic. V praktické části práce je vybrán konkrétní investiční projekt společnosti, který je následně podroben důkladné analýze a je provedeno jeho hodnocení pomocí několika nejčastěji používaných metod hodnocení investice. V samotném závěru diplomové práce je provedeno vyhodnocení a komparace zjištěných výsledků jednotlivých variant investičního záměru, ze kterých vzešlo konečné doporučení autora pro vybranou společnost.
The title of this diploma thesis is Evaluation of investment project in selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on a thorough introduction to investment issues, including the distribution and phases of investment projects, sources of financing investments, evaluation of the economic efficiency and characteristics of investment evaluation methods. In the practical part of the thesis there is a description of a chosen investment project of the company which is analysed and evaluated by selected methods of investment evaluation. At the end of this diploma thesis there is an evaluation and comparison of the results of the various investment plan variants including the final recommendation for the selected company.
