Abstract
Práce srovnává český a švédský důchodový systém a následně hledá funkční nástroje ve švédském důchodovém systému, které je možné aplikovat na důchodový systém v České republice. Cílem je zjistit, jak by se změny projevily na financování důchodového systému a do jaké míry by ovlivnily samotné obyvatelstvo. V první části se práce zaměřuje na základy sociálního zabezpečení, jeho charakteristiku ve Švédsku a v ČR. Popisuje modely, které jsou využívány k financování důchodových systémů. Následuje analýza aspektů, které určují udržitelnost důchodového systému. Ve druhé části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu fondových systémů a jejich výnosnost v jednotlivých zemích. Následně je na základě zjištění z analýzy navrhnutá možnost, jak začlenit švédský povinný fondový systém do důchodového systému ČR a jaké by mělo jejich zavedení dopad na občany s různou výší příjmu.
The diploma thesis compares the Czech and Swedish pension systems and then search functional pension scheme in the Swedish pension system, which could be applied to the pension system in the Czech Republic. The goal is to find out how the changes would be reflected in funding of the pension system and to what extent it will affect the population itself. The first part of the thesis focuses on the foundations of social security and its characteristics in Sweden and the Czech Republic. Describes models that are used to fund pension systems. The following is an analysis of the aspects that determine the sustainability of the pension system. In the second part the thesis focuses on analysis of fund systems and their profitability in individual countries. Subsequently, based on the results of analysis, it is proposed to integrate the Swedish mandatory fund system into the Czech pension system and what would be its impact on citizens with different income levels.
