Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení investičního projektu podniku, působícího v automobilovém průmyslu, na základě statických a dynamických metod. První, rešeršní část, se zabývá investicemi, rozhodováním o investicích a metodami, pomocí nichž lze investice hodnotit. Následuje představení podniku a konkrétního investičního záměru. V tomto případě byla investice zaměřena na výstavbu logistické haly z důvodu nedostatku skladovacích prostor a následné vybavení podniku novými lisy. Praktická část je zaměřena především na výpočty, které se týkají čisté současné hodnoty, doby návratnosti, indexu ziskovosti a dalších potřebných metod k hodnocení investic. Následuje shrnutí výsledků získaných pomocí výpočtů a jejich porovnání. Nedílnou součástí bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení investice a vybrání nejvhodnější varianty hodnocení.
The subject of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the investment project based on statistic and dynamic methods. The first, theoretical part, deals with investments, investment decisions, and methods to assess investments. The following is a presentation of the company and a specific investment plan. In this case, the investment was focused on the construction of a logistics hall due to the lack of storage space and the subsequent equipmen of the company by new presses. The practical part focuses on calculations relating to net present value, payback period, profitability index and other necessary methods for investment evaluation. The following part is a summary of the results obtained using the calculations and their comparison. An integral part of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the investment and the selection of the most appropriate method of the evaluation.
