Abstract
Tato diplomová práce seznamuje s funkcí a onemocněními spojenými s gastrointestinálním traktem. Zaměřuje se na realizaci snímače pro kontinuální měření peristaltiky a zabývá se jeho praktickým využitím pro klinické účely. Cílem práce je navrhnout, zrealizovat a popsat zařízení ke snímání peristaltiky a zaměřit se na vyhodnocení a zpracování naměřených záznamů. Výstupem práce jsou dokumentující záznamy z měření a doporučení pro používání snímače zvuku v klinické praxi. Toto snímací zařízení bylo vytvořeno za účelem využití v klinické praxi a to především na odděleních jednotek intenzivní péče. V práci jsou uvedeny grafy, které vykreslují záznamy peristaltických ozev jak u probandů, tak u pacientky.
This master thesis deals with the function and diseases associated of the gastrointestinal tract. It focuses on the implementation of the sensor for continuous peristaltic measurements and deals with its practical use for clinical purposes. The aim of the thesis is to design, implement and describe peristaltic sensing devices and to focus on the evaluation and processing of measured records. The output of the thesis are the documentary records of the measurements and recommendations for the use of a sound sensor in clinical practice. This sensing device was designed for use in clinical practice, especially in intensive care unit departments. In this master thesis are presented graphs of respondents and patient. These graphs designed plots of peristalsis of those respondents and patient.
