Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výživou u pacienta s Crohnovou chorobou z pohledu ošetřovatelství a je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce se zabývá Crohnovou nemocí jako celkem, její etiologií, klinickými příznaky, diagnostikou a především dietním opatřením a léčbou. Dále se věnuje edukaci a ošetřovatelským specifikům u pacientů v remisi a u pacientů v relapsu onemocnění. Výzkumná část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření formou nestandardizovaného polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, kdy respondenty byli pacienti, kteří mají Crohnovou chorobou diagnostikovanou půl roku až rok. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jak ovlivňuje samotná výživa pacienta v každodenním životě, a prozkoumat informovanost pacientů z hlediska onemocnění a užívání medikamentů v souvislosti se stravou.
This Bachelor thesis concerns, from a nursing perspective, nutrition for a patient with Crohn's disease and is divided into two sections. The theoretical part details Crohn's disease as a whole, its etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and above all dietary measures and treatment. It is further focuses on education and the specific nursing aspects for patients in remission and for those suffering a relapse of the disease. The research part includes a qualitative research survey in the from of a non-standardized, semi-structured interview, with the correspondents being patients who had beed diagnosed with Crohn's disease six months to one year previously. The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to ascertain how each individual patient's nutrition affects their daily life and to examine how well informed the patients were, as regards illness and the use of medication in relation to diet.
