Abstract
Vietnamská minorita je jednou z nejpočetnějších skupin na území České republiky. V multikulturní společnosti by proto měl být personál poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb připraven poskytnout ohleduplnou a uzpůsobenou péči pacientům z této minority. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou častí. Teoretická část se zabývá kulturně diferencovanou péčí, rozdílem mezi transkulturní a multikulturní péčí. Dále se zabývá modelem Madeleine Leininger, modelem Joyce Newman Giger a Ruth Davidhizar, pomocí kterého jsou popsány odlišnosti vietnamské minority. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na zjištění specifik ošetřovatelské péče prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu s polostrukturovananým rozhovorem s respondenty z vietnamské minority v oblasti komunikace, zdraví, nemoci a specifik souvisejících s hospitalizací.
The Vietnamese minority is one of the most numerous groups in the Czech Republic. Therefore, in the multicultural world, the staff of health service providers should be ready to provide thoughtful and adapted care to patients of this minority. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is concerned with cultural differentiated care, with the difference between transcultural and multicultural care, with description Madeleine Leininger´s model. The differences of the Vietnamese minority are describen in Joyce Newman Giger´s and Ruth Davidhizar´s model. The research part is focused on the determination of the nursing care specifics gained by quality research with semi-structured interview with respondents from the Vietnamese minority in the area of communication, health, illness and the specifics of hospitalization.
