Abstract
Podrobné zadaní architektonické soutěžeZadáním je využít potenciál území poblíž obecního úřadu Křenovice a navrhnout vhodnou zástavbu ve dvou etapách. První etapa navrhne novostavbu Komunitního bytového domu pro seniory s nejbližším okolím. Druhá etapa vyřeší budoucí zástavbu a využití celého místa u obecního úřadu určeného k zástavbě. Úkolem bude najít vhodné řešení nové zástavby lokality v návaznosti na stávající okolní zástavbu a kulturní krajinu. Mělo by zde vzniknout lokální centrum vhodně zakomponováné do urbanismu celého sídla.
The assignment is to use the potential of the area near the Křenovice municipal office and to develop a suitable urbanism in two stages. The first stage will propose a new building for the community residential building for the elderly. The second stage will solve the future development and use of the entire site at the municipal office designated for potential grow. The task is to find a connection with the existing surrounding area and the cultural landscape. There should be a local center appropriately integrated into the new urbanization.
