Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zacílena na využívání hodnoticích technik v odborné ošetřovatelské praxi. Teoretická část pojednává o problematice metody ošetřovatelského procesu a o aplikaci hodnoticích technik v rámci jeho praktikování. Dále pak zahrnuje komentovaný výčet konkrétních příkladů škál a testů používaných pro danou oblast hodnocení pacienta v čele s Barthelové testem základních všedních činností a rozšířenou škálou Nortonové. Ve výzkumné části byly stanoveny tři cíle s výzkumnými předpoklady. Ty byly následně ověřovány metodou strukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl veden se všeobecnými sestrami. Výsledné poznatky byly shrnuty do odborného článku.
The bachelors thesis deals with a topic of using assessment tools in nursing care. The theoretical part concerns issues of nursing care plan and utilization of the assessment tools while implementing it. It also contains a commented enumeration of particular scales and tests which are being used for an assessment of different spheres of patient's condition. We focused on the Barthel index and the expanded Norton scale. In the empirical part there were determined three aims with research assumptions. Afterwards there were being verified by structured interviews with general nurses. The final findings were summarized in an article.
