Abstract
Problematika cystické fibrózy není obecně příliš rozšířeným tématem. Jde o nevyléčitelné onemocnění s jasnými specifiky ošetřovatelské péče. Počet nemocných nicméně není vůbec zanedbatelný. V České republice bylo v roce 2014 registrováno celkem 600 nemocných s cystickou fibrózou (1). Bakalářská práce se z těchto důvodů zaměřuje na znalosti studentů, kteří jsou sice teprve v počátcích své ošetřovatelské praxe, přesto by měli jistá fakta ohledně tohoto onemocnění znát. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu cystické fibrózy a rozebírá konkrétní podobu ošetřovatelské péče, výzkumná část se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče a případnými komplikacemi. Pro výzkum byla zvolena metoda dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem práce je studijní opora a video, které by mohlo v budoucnu posloužit studentům na Fakultě zdravotnických studií Technické univerzity v Liberci.
The issue of cystic fibrosis is generally not a very widespread issue. It is an incurable disease with clear specifics of nursing care. However, the number of patients is not negligible. In 2014, there were 600 patients with cystic fibrosis registered in the Czech Republic (1). For these reasons, my bachelor thesis focuses on the knowledge of students who have just begun their nursing training, nevertheless they should know certain facts about this disease at their command. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of cystic fibrosis and discusses the specific form of nursing care, the empirical part deals with the specifics of nursing care and possible complications. A questionnaire was chosen as a research method. The outcome of the work will be study support and videos that will be help to students of the field General Nurse at the Faculty of Health Studies at the Technical University of Liberec in the future.
