Abstract
Práce se zabývá popsáním patologické anatomie a fyziologie dekubitu, příčinami jeho vzniku, jeho klasifikací a lokalizací. Součástí práce je i rešerše současného stavu antidekubitních pomůcek a systémů, ve které je jako ukazatel kvality popsán koeficient cpp a jeho kritická hodnota.Cílem práce je nalezení technického řešení konstrukce antidekubitní postele, tedy lůžka jež by bylo prevencí vzniku dekubitu u pacientů. Práce obsahuje návrh samotného aktivního lůžka s pohonem, návrh na zhotovení autonomního řídícího systému a návrh pro monitorování stavu pacienta na lůžku s pomocí NiTi drátů. Antidekubitní lůžko bylo navrženo tak, aby splňovalo veškeré v České republice a EU platné technické pravidla a normy, týkající se bezpečnosti pacienta.
This work deals with description of pathological anatomy and physiology of decubitus, causes of it and its origin as well as it's classification and localization. The work includes research in today's anti-decubitus systems construction situation; as quality indicator is given coefficient cpp and it's critical value.The aim of the work is to find a technical solution for an anti-decubitus bed, it means a bed which will prevent patients from formation of decubitus. The work contains a suggestion of an active bed design itself, including its drive system, then a suggestion of an autonomous control system, as well as a suggestion how to monitor a patient on the bed by using NiTi wires. Anti-decubitus bed is designed according to all current technical rules and standards of the Czech Rep. and European Union regarding patient's safety.
