Abstract
Práce je zaměřena na výskyt syndromu vyhoření u sester pracujících ve věznicích. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o syndromu vyhoření, stresu a výskytu stresových situací v souvislosti s vykonáváním profese zdravotní sestry. Byla popsána charakteristika práce sester ve věznicích a odlišnosti v práci sester, které vyplývají z tohoto prostředí. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na zjištění míry psychické zátěže u těchto sester a na příčiny vedoucí ke vzniku syndromu vyhoření. Byly zmapovány nejčastější zátěže v práci sester a porovnán výskyt příznaků syndromu vyhoření u sester s praxí ve věznicích do 10 let a nad 10 let. Výzkum byl dále zaměřen na porovnání výskytu příznaků syndromu vyhoření u sester pracujících ve věznicích a u sester pracujících v civilních ambulantních zařízeních. Výzkumem byl prokázán větší výskyt příznaků syndromu vyhoření u sester ve věznicích oproti sestrám z civilních zařízení.
The work is focused on the occurrence of burnout in nurses working in prisons. In the theoretical section summarizes the findings of burnout, stress and the occurrence of stressful situations in connection with the performance of professional nurses. Has been described charakteristic work of nurses in prisons and differences in the work of nurses resulting from this environment. The research part is focused on the degree of mental stress these nurses and the causes leading to burnout syndrome. Have been mapped most common loads in work nurses and compared the incidence of symptoms of burnout nurses with experience in prisons to 10 years and over 10 years. Research has also focused on comparing the symptoms of burnout for nurses working in prisons and civilian nurses working in outpatient facilities. Research has shown a greater incidence of symptoms of burnout in nurses in prisons compared to nurses from civilian facilities.
