Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem náhodná hypotermie v nepříznivých přírodních
podmínkách v problematice přednemocniční a nemocniční péči. Zároveň je zde i
zahrnuta problematika mírné terapeutické hypotermie.
V teoretické části je shrnut základní přehled, charakteristika a klasifikace hypotermie,
problematika omrzlin, léčba a následná péče u podchlazených pacientů. Závěr teoretické
části se zabývá mírnou terapeutickou hypotermií.
Praktická část bakalářské práce se vyznačuje metodologií kvantitativního výzkumu
zaměřeného na 3 skupiny respondentů. Cílem je zjistit pomocí dotazníků úroveň
znalostí, vybavení, léčebných a ošetřovatelských postupů při poskytování první pomoci
v přednemocniční péči a následné nemocniční péči v návaznosti u členů Horské služby
Jizerské hory, zdravotníků Zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje a
zdravotníků Krajské nemocnice Liberec.
V empirické části jsou stanoveny hypotézy a cíle, které v rámci distribuce
nestandardizovaných dotazníků jsou potvrzeny či naopak vyvráceny.
V závěru bakalářské práce je výzkum vyhodnocen.
This thesis deals with the issues of accidental hypothermia in adverse environmental conditions, pre-hospital and hospital care, and includes a discussion on the issue of mild therapeutic hypothermia. The theoretical part contains a basic summary, characteristics and classification of hypothermia, the subject of frostbite and the treatment and consequent care of hypothermic patients. The closing remarks discuss mild therapeutic hypothermia. The practical part of the thesis features methodologies for quantitative research aimed at three groups of respondents. Using a questionnaire, the objective was to discover levels of knowledge, equipment, medical and nursing procedures when providing first aid in pre-hospital care and subsequent hospital care, in connection with members of the Jizera Mountains Mountain Rescue Service, health care professionals at the Liberec Region Emergency Medical Service and at the Regional Hospital, Liberec. The experimental parts demonstrate defined hypotheses and aims, which as part of the distribution of non-standard questionnaires, were either confirmed or negated. In the conclusion the research is assessed.
