Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou náhradní rodinné péče. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit míru informovanosti o možnostech náhradní rodinné péče v České republice a zjistit možné překážky v její realizaci u populace dospělých v produktivním věku. Práce je ve dvou hlavních částech dělena na kapitoly, které přehledně shrnují základní pojmy potřebné pro přiblížení dané problematiky. První kapitola obsahuje vybrané podkapitoly psychologie rodiny, kde se zaměříme na typy rodin, normalitu rodiny a rodinnou diagnózu. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány některé formy náhradní rodinné péče a jejich podmínky. Konkrétně kapitola druhá zahrnuje dvě podkapitoly s názvem Osvojení a Pěstounská péče. Pro třetí kapitolu jsme vybrali důležitá fakta pomáhající při přípravě na náhradní rodinnou péči. Věnujeme se zde prvním přípravám, posuzování kandidátů a rozebíráme jednotlivé fáze adaptace.Další kapitoly obsahují teoretické poznatky o nástrahách náhradní rodinné péče. Těmito nástrahami rozumějme informovanost uchazečů, poruchy přijímaných dětí a dále minulost dítěte umístěného do náhradní rodinné péče.Poslední kapitola teoretické části práce je zaměřena na organizace, které pomáhají uchazečům či náhradním rodinám s problémy, které je mohou během procesu provázet. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno prostřednictvím dotazníku. Dotazník byl šířen mezi dospělou populaci v produktivním věku. Na základě získaných poznatků byla sestavena navrhovaná opatření.
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of alternative family care. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out the level of awareness about the possibilities of alternative family care in the Czech Republic and to identify possible obstacles to its implementation in the adult working age population. The thesis is divided into two chapters, which summarize the basic terms necessary for approaching the given issue. The first chapter contains selected subchapters of family psychology, focusing on family types, family normality, and family diagnosis. The second chapter describes some forms of alternative family care and their conditions. Specifically, the second chapter includes two subchapters titled Adoption and Foster Care. For the third chapter, we chose important facts which can help to prepare family care. We are devoting ourselves to the first preparations, the assessment of the candidates and the various stages of the adaptation. Other chapters contain information about the problems of alternative family care. By these pitfalls, we mean the information of the applicants, the failure of the children to be admitted, and the past of the child placed in substitute family care. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis is focused on organizations that help applicants or surrogate families with problems that can accompany them during the process. The research survey was conducted through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was disseminated among the adult population of working age. On the basis of the lessons learned, the proposed measures were drawn up.
