Abstract
Obsahem diplomové práce je problematika spolupráce mezi rodinou a školou. Práce obsahuje dvě základní části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá vztahy mezi rodinou a školou; konflikty, ke kterým může při pedagogickém a výchovném procesu docházet; vztahy mezi učitelem a žákem; osobností učitele; formami spolupráce mezi školou a rodinou. Praktická část hodnotí pomocí dotazníku úroveň spolupráce mezi rodinou a prvním stupněm základních škol v závislosti na typu školy. Mapuje také, jaký druh spolupráce na jednotlivých typech škol převládá. V závěru praktické části diplomové práce autorka blíže představuje školu, na které působí a podrobněji se vyjadřuje a hodnotí spolupráci s rodinou na málotřídní venkovské škole. Za přínos práce mohou být považovány konkrétní příklady pro rozvoj spolupráce a komunikace mezi rodinou a školou.
The aim of the diploma thesis is to review methods and levels of the cooperation between family and basic school. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the iterrelations between family and school; conflicts which can be provoke during the pedagogical and the educational process; relationships between teacher and pupil; teacher´s personality; forms of cooperation between school and family. The practical part of the diploma thesis uses the question form to evaluate the level of cooperation between family and the primary school depending on the type of school. It also examines dominant form of cooperation at the particular types of school. At the close of practical part the author presents the school where she works more closely. She values and talks in detail about the cooperation between the small provincial school and family.
