Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou absolventů na trhu práce. Jejím cílem je analyzovat problematiku absolventů na trhu práce. Zjistit a popsat postavení a uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce v okrese Jablonec nad Nisou. Porovnat výsledky průzkumu obou skupin - zaměstnaných a nezaměstnaných absolventů a vyhodnotit jejich rozdíly. Bakalářskou práci tvoří dvě stěžejní části, teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část bakalářské práce objasňuje problematiku absolventů na trhu práce pomocí zpracování a prezentací odborných zdrojů. Praktická část bakalářské práce zjišťuje, pomocí techniky dotazníkové, jak zaměstnaní absolventi využívali a nezaměstnaní absolventi využívají svůj aktivní přístup, kompetence, profesní znalosti, odborné služby úřadů práce či agentur pro nejefektivnější a nejrychlejší uplatnění na trhu práce. Účelem průzkumu je porovnat výsledky obou skupin - zaměstnaných a nezaměstnaných absolventů a vyhodnotit rozdíly mezi nimi. Rozsah zkoumaného vzorku je 120 absolventů (60 zaměstnaných a 60 nezaměstnaných absolventů). Zjištěné poznatky vyúsťují v navrhovaná opatření. Za největší přínos praktické části bakalářské práce k řešené problematice je možné považovat zjištění, že nezaměstnaní absolventi neztratili při neúspěších při hledání zaměstnání motivaci k dalšímu hledání zaměstnání. Bakalářská práce přináší zmapování postavení a uplatnění absolventů na trhu práce. Za přínos bakalářské práce lze považovat skutečnost, že zjištěné údaje potvrzuje i odborná literatura.
This thesis deals with graduates´ problems in the labor market. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse graduates´ problems in the labor market, to find out and to describe graduates´ position and application in the labor market in the district Jablonec nad Nisou, to compare the results of the survey of both groups - employed and unemployed graduates and to evaluate their differences. This thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis clarigfies graduates´ problems in the labor market with the help of processing and presentation of professional sources. The practical part of the thesis detects by using a questionnaire technique how the employed graduates and unemployed graduates used their active approach, competence, professional knowledge, special services of the job centre or agencies the most efficient and the fastest assertion in the labor market. The purpose of the survey is to compare the results of both groups - employed and unemployed graduates and evaluate the differences. The scope between them of the surveyed sample is 120 graduates (60 employed and 60 unemployed graduates). The detected results lead to proposed action. The greatest contribution of the practical part of the thesis about the matters dealt is possible consider the finding that unemployed graduates did not lose the motivation for their further job searching in spite of failures during their job seeking. This thesis provides mapping position and graduates´ assertion in the labor market. The asset of this thesis can be considered the fact that the discovered findings are confirmed as well as in the professional literature.
