The work is devided into two main parts, theoretial and practical. Problems connected with implementing new or innovated products, price creation, risks and strategic advantages of innovation are being described in the theoretical part. Practical part is focused on the market analysis. It includes the description of the innovated product, determination of potential customers, competition analysis. Moreover it covers personal research with conclusions regarding potential interest in glass mosaics of czech households. The potential demand was constructed based on these results. Consequently the production was recommended.
