Filtrace vzduchu v průmyslu

This thesis, deals with the application of nanofiber layers to air filters in cooperation with Elmarco, s.r.o. Task is to analyse market air filtration industry, the current manufacturer of filters and the filters commonly used today. Based on the analysis result segment where the application of nanofiber layers will have highest use possibility is selected. Last task is to prepare a thesis technological-economic evaluation of nanofiber filters for the final application and analyse opportunities and threats in the introduction of innovative products to market.

The main topic of this master thesis work is nowadays new possible application method of vacuum cleaners bags which are made on cellulose filters principles. This method is the application of nanofibers. Thesis introduces also technical and economical facts of these filtration materials, important tests, view on substitute products, segmentation of market. Very important is as well part that was addressed at potential customers of cellular filters. On base of these feedback information are introduced possible results of cellulose filters realization.
