    Ochrana spotřebitele v České republice a Evropské unii

    The topic of the thesis is consumer protection in the European Union and selected member states, namely the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the historical development, regulation, types of consumer contracts, institutional support from national authorities and consumer organizations and the possibilities of resolving consumer disputes in the context of consumer protection. The thesis involves a comparison of this issue between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom, in particular, there is shown that the United Kingdom is more advanced. The conclusion contains several case studies of consumer disputes resolved by the Financial Arbiter of the Czech Republic, the ombudsman for financial services in the UK and through a European Consumer Centres Network.

    Porovnání víceúčelových arén v Praze a v Liberci- O2 ARENA versus TIPSPORT ARENA LIBEREC

    Bakalářská práce byla zpracována s cílem vzájemně porovnat O2 arenu v Praze a Tipsport arenu v Liberci. Práce popisuje a zpracovává jednotlivé informace získané z volně dostupných zdrojů, dále pak informace poskytnuté tiskovým mluvčím O2 areny panem PhDr. Zdeňkem Zikmundem a zaměstnancem Tipsport areny panem Bc. Markem Labudou. Nejprve jsou v práci představeny arény jednotlivě. V této části se práce zaměřuje na několik hledisek, které pomáhají přiblížit chod a strukturu arény. Jednotlivá hlediska jsou vybrána tak, aby je bylo možné v další části porovnat. Na základě těchto informací dochází k vzájemnému porovnání arén a zjištění kladných, popřípadě záporných stránek. Práce odhalila především kvality arén, ale našla i některé nedostatky. V závěru práce jsou zformulovány návrhy na zlepšení činnosti v O2 areně a Tipsport areně.
